QUARTZSITE 2026 TOYOTA RV RALLY RESERVATION REQUESTS NOW BEING ACCEPTED!

Unlike some more informal rallies in Quartzsite, this is not a Rally that you can just show up at.  The number of spots we have available is only 12.  Therefore if you are wanting to attend, please CALL US ON THE PHONE soon to request a spot (not via group post or text), and then if there is still space, you will need to send your full payment right away to secure your campsite.

Now here below are all the specific details (please read it all carefully):

      - - - -

The dates are Thursday, January 15 to Tuesday, January 20, 2026.  This is our 20th Annual Rally that takes place during the first weekend of the huge RV Show which is held in Quartzsite every year.  Actually, if you want to, you can stay even longer -- some folks in our group will be staying for the entire 10-day show.

The location where we will be camping is Stuffed Camel RV Park in Quartzsite.  It is a small family-owned RV park on the north side of the Interstate on the Main Street — about .8 miles’ walk to the RV show’s “Big Tent.”  The "Early-Bird" registration rate totals $210 for the five nights with full hookups.  If you need to arrive late or leave early the price is still the same because we are committed to paying the RV park for all the sites for five nights.

The reason we are putting a limit on the number of folks we can accommodate this year — only 12 Toyota RVs -- is because that’s how many available sites are in this RV park.  This means we will pretty much have the RV park all to ourselves!  To reserve one of the 12 spots, please CALL US (626-798-4510) to say you are interested.  We already know we will have multiple returnees from previous years.

The fee for an RV campsite is a very reasonable $40 per night which includes water, electric, and sewer if requested.  In addition there is a one-time registration fee of $10 to cover the costs of putting on this multi-day Rally.  The full fee is to be paid when you register with US — not with the RV Park.  NOTE: This park does NOT have unlimited dry camping space like the other rally locations, so you need to be paid up and be on the list to get in.  If you cancel, your full payment is refundable upon request, if another Toyota RVer takes over your reservation, less a $10 cancellation fee.

You need to send us your total registration fee in advance via Zelle, Paypal, or check.  The address for electronic funds transfer or for US mail will be provided when you call to say you are interested.

To encourage folks to pay soon, the $10 "Early-Bird" price is for registrations paid before December 27th.  If you wait until the last 3 weeks, the registration fee goes up to $20 (plus nightly fees) — but that is only if spots are still available.

If we have more folks wanting to come than we have spots, we will be creating a waiting list.  If for some reason you are not able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so your spot can be given to someone on the waiting list this year.

So you can know more about what to expect, the first link later in this post is the video panorama that was taken at a previous year’s Rally, in case you haven’t seen it.  Also included is a link to a short video taken at the RV park.  The park is rather modest, but it has hook-ups, and a Meeting Room for our potluck and meals, and it will basically be all ours!

Now here below are some additional Rally details:

The annual RV Show in Quartzsite is a really fun event with free admission.  A giant show tent is erected with hundreds of vendors that cater to RVers.  They also present dozens of Seminars about various topics related to RVing.  You can view a list of them on RV Show’s website (see the link below).

In addition to the RV Show’s “Big Tent,” the rest of the town turns into one giant swap meet.  There are specific sections for antiques, gems & minerals, and new merchandise.  This year the "Pow Wow" Gem and Mineral Show will be taking place at the Community Center (walking distance across the street) during the days following our Rally.  If you would like to stay on longer to see it (it starts on Wednesday), the camping fee is $40 for each additional night.  Plus there are always multiple other vendors in town in every possible corner and location.  If you like to shop for bargains, bring lots of cash spending money with you.  The ATMs in town have expensive fees.

This RV Park where we will be is reasonably close to the RV show grounds — close enough to walk to the “Big Tent” if you are fit, without having to break camp each day to drive to the show.  (The distance is about .8 miles, over the bridge over the Interstate.)

The “Big Tent” opens on Saturday.  However, attending on the weekdays is a bit more relaxing if you don’t want to contend with the biggest crowds.

In addition to the RV Show and Swap Meets, this Rally is a great chance to meet other Toyota RVers, and see what they have done to personalize their "Toyhouses."  We will again have an informal "Open House" when folks can view each other's vehicles and see the various ingenious things that owners have done to make them more livable and unique.  Participation is totally optional — if you are not comfortable having visitors in your own RV, that’s fine — you can still walk around to talk with others about theirs.

This year we will be having both true “Potlucks” (Saturday evening) and “Community Meals” on the Meeting Room.  A Community Meal means you bring your own dinner, but we can sit around together to eat together.  Sunday evening and Monday evening we will go out to eat at a restaurant as a group for dinner.  Please also bring some firewood and a lawn chair to sit in at the campfires we'll be having in the evenings.

Sunday morning at about 9:30 am we will again have a discussion about “All-Things-Related-to-Toyota-RVs.”  Join us if you have questions about something about your rig, but also if you have expertise to share.

At the RV Park where we will be, we will have full hook-ups.  10 of the sites in the RV park have sewer connections; please request one if you intend to hook up to it for the duration of the Rally - 5 nights.  Those who only want to hook up to water and electric can dump when necessary at a designated site.  Generators are not allowed.  It is recommended to arrive with your tank full of propane, but if you need more, it is sold down the street.  The laundromat across the street has very nice showers for a fee, (as well as washers and dryers).

The weather will be moderate during the day (60s-70s) and cool at night (40s), and possibly windy.   As always there is the possibility of rain and severe winds like we had a few years ago.

Bikes and/or scooters are great to have to get into town.  Pets are welcome, but large dogs can be awkward in the main show tent when it is crowded, and small dogs might get stepped on, if not carried.

WiFi internet service is not available at this property.  However it is available indoors at various restaurants /fast food /truck stops in town.  Cell phone service is adequate for most carriers, but expect personal hot-spots to run VERY slowly due to the quantity of RVers using the limited number of cell towers in the area.  Free Internet computers are available at the Library for those who need a reliable internet connection for business.  Broadcast TV reception is practically non-existent, and as we said, you can expect video streaming connections to be frustratingly slow.  As an alternative, unless you have satellite TV, the local Quartzsite “Oldies” Radio station is the most delightful entertainment.

A reminder for those coming from the Pacific Time Zone, that Arizona time is one hour later.  You’ll need to advance your clocks when you come east across the border.

Please secure your reservation with a prompt payment.  Let us know when exactly you will be arriving, and how many folks and pets will be coming with you.  If you have guests who are coming in separate vehicles, we’d like to know that in advance so we can plan parking spots for them.  As always, we are only going to save camping spots for those that have paid ahead of time in the order your payment is received.  If you don't want to be disappointed this year by hearing that the Rally is already full, please tell us soon that you want to come.  The exact location (GPS coordinates) can be sent once you have paid.

If you are new to Rallies, don't be shy -- we always have several first-time attendees.  CALL us at 626-798-4510 with any questions.  Call any day 10am - 7pm Pacific time.  Leave a message if you get the voicemail for our business (health center), and we will call you back.

Yes, it's gonna be fun again!
