Hi everyone, I hope that you are staying safe and well. I am still working in the over-cab and trying to get the joint to reattach. I applied new butyl tape between joint and over cab, bought new stainless steel screws. It been impossible to join . Can someone tell me how they did this please ! Thank you

Hi Grime, very nice job by the way and thank you for your responseš Attached photo should help with the question Iām asking about. In photo that is the front of cab over and those screws looking at the insulation are no attached to anything. How do I approach this ? I do not know how to get those screws out of the metal frame, it looks as though it was or may need attachment to a piece of wood. Thanking you in advance for your response š Then what do the screw on the outside over head cab attach to? I think Iām going to glue the wood to to the floor of over cab inside and then to the aluminum frame inside below the window wall . I bought longer stainless steel nails that should reach the wood inside. I donāt know what else they were supposed to be holding on to.

Hi all, I hope that everyone is safe and healthy ā„ļø. So, my progress on the over head cab is going good . I have a few questions though (of course lol), there are big spacings between the floor bed of cab and the screws have nothing to screw to. What do I put in the spaces, I have new screws, I have the wood to support the frame? In the front piece there are screws in the aluminum frame, that I believe I will have to remove and re- attach to new wood. How do I get that part out ? Thanking you in advance š

Thank you for your responses, I went today and picked up the #2 square bit. I was able to remove 4 and still have 3 to go. I think I am going to try the Dremel as suggested. Today, I was able to remove the bottom of the bunk, getting down to the insulation. Thank you againš

There are kreg screws, and very small hex cap screws inside and outside. Has anyone figured out the best way to remove them ? Suggestions greatly appreciated. Making moves on my interior

Iām not looking to take it out if it can be re- apholstered in place. And I will need to lift this higher to get to wiring under there etc.

Odyssey, The last 2 pages were not attached to my Owners Manuel. Thatās the information I was looking for...Thank you š Now, I am trying to get the original layout for under carriage systems and lines/wiring. Research is never ending š -
Can someone help me with what is located outside on Driverās side, it is related to Hydro Flame. See photo attached; i appreciate your knowledge and advisement on, what this is for ? Water heater ? Does it need to be replaced? Thank you

I want to thank both Linda, Derek, WME and for the links and references. I have all of the manuals for each appliance. My question pertains to the under carriage lay out and interior wiring. The under carriage in the rear end is filled with sprayed insulation. I would like to and feel I will be able to remove that insulation when I repair interior leaks .

Hi all, I hope the holidays went well for all !! I am trying to figure out the size, or what kind of screws are used all around the vents/storage? They are rusted and want to replace/seal those areas. Thats on the list with wood rot in upper bunk, changing supports on ceiling and insulation in walls...etc etc thanking you in advance

Derek, Can-you help find the specs. For my 87 Toyota Escaper ? I contacted Thor Motors and they directed me back to this site. Thank you
-
Does any one have the specs for a 1987 Escaper made by Damon Industries, which has been purchased by Thor?
-
Following š. So did you find out what transmission goes on the Escaper? As mine is an 1987, curious. Thanks
