Bunneys
I believe Nova Star and also Sunland Express. I have heard that the Nova Stars were almost 1,000 Lbs lighter than the average RV... Happy Hunting Andrew.

Eve "n" Stephen
I don't know if this will apply to newer motorhomes, but... We had an older Airstream trailer with aluminum framing. In 20 degree weather, it could be 70 in the trailer with the heater going and still have frost stripes inside where the frames were! Aluminum really conducts heat and cold through the walls very well. Steve
Derek up North
One in CA. 89 Toyota Nova Star - $1000 (Pinon Hills Ca) Link: http://inlandempire....2310099232.html link to what it should look like... http://www.irv2.com/...star-71579.html A major project. Of course to be expected at that price. Runs but doesn't drive (slashed tires). Body (possibly frame) damage. linda s
Nova Stars and Sunraders are made from fiberglass molds like a boat. There is no actual framing as the fiberglass provides the support . Very strong and durable. Some rvs do have aluminum framing. Gregs Conquest is made that way. Also later model Horizons have aluminum framing. I believe from about 86 and newer. I pretty sure some Mini Crusiers do too Linda S I'm am in the market for a toyota MH.Dso any of the makers offer aluminum framing for the body? linda s
I didn't know the Nova Stars had aluminum under the fiberglass. I assumed they were just like my Sunrader. Do you know how thick your fiberglass is? Linda S Yep square aluminum framing under the fiberglass (I have an 87 Nova Star) very nice MH. Oldiesel
our 86 MiniCruiser has aluminum framing in the sides of the body, also had some 3/4x3/4 square steel tube in the roof. Actually after seeing so many pictures of water damaged Toys and having to repair some damage on on our MiniCruiser i think the Mini was one of the better built ones.
