  1. The sooner I answer , the sooner I get to see what you do with that baby. I am so excited. Linda S
  2. Some just call around. Your in florida. Bet they all have it. You need premium high ply when you ask. Costs more but worth It. Linda
  3. Definitely buy the best plywood you can. Marine grade is denser and stronger than the regular stuff. Linda S
  4. I'm betting it was all installed as a compressed sandwich. Makes all the layers stronger than they were before. Home Depot insulation board is fine but you need to beef up the plywood since you can't compress like a factory can Linda S
  5. 87 and up have a beam that supports the roof. Some earlier ones have some sag from A.C. units. I don't have the beam but I have been on the roof of my Sunrader many times to change vents and wash. They are pretty darn strong. I used to be a whale of a woman. Don't ever call it a Sunseeker again please. It's Sunrader Linda S
  6. Well I didn't know they existed but apparently they would be under the drivers side dash panel from 84 to 88. https://codes.rennacs.com/Petrol-Engine/Japanese-Korean/Toyota-Engines.php Linda S
  7. Exactly what do think could happen to it. A tree fall on it? Linda S
  8. Ok try here. Sounds like a great place. If he can't handle it I have another place but in Sacramento. I don't recommend you buy your own bushings. You can suggest he get the ones I posted though. They are top flight. He's already reasonable so not right to squeeze him more https://www.facebook.com/HumboldtARS/ Linda S
  9. Just rear? if so here are the bushings. https://www.suspensionconnection.com/18-1005.html?gyear=1989&gclid=CjwKCAjwuO3cBRAyEiwAzOxKssoBfvIbO3lUVurPgT_GFM7NLiGQ1_rrP-PEDo_PIrihuNy9jd7JKRoCMEgQAvD_BwE Still waiting to hear back from Ed if he knows anyone good Linda S
  10. Dr. George in Sacramento will have one. Your lucky your close enough http://rvdoctorgeorge.com/ Or eBay https://www.ebay.com/itm/Refrigerator-Service-Vent-Door/131938145120?hash=item1eb8205360:g:FVYAAOxyPH9RuM8-&vxp=mtr Linda S
  11. Cab to coach seal. Most people use this https://www.lowes.com/pd/M-D-30-ft-White-Vinyl-Garage-Weatherstrip/1096027?cm_mmc=SCE_PLA-_-ToolsAndHardware-_-WeatherstripSoftGoods-_-1096027:M-D&CAWELAID=&kpid=1096027&CAGPSPN=pla&store_code=1756&k_clickID=86333d20-4948-4824-83b0-822919eb8607&gclid=CjwKCAjwuO3cBRAyEiwAzOxKsrcvP0QOvVxy6NEhKbD00r_A14mKCrFjvJAgKyRqEv4Qkzh6ZFU2whoCrvMQAvD_BwE
  12. All side windows use butyl tape only. Plexiglass windows use this gasket https://www.amazon.com/Trim-Lok-Rubber-Locking-Weather-Stripping/dp/B00NL48HSE/ref=pd_bxgy_328_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00NL48HSE&pd_rd_r=GMZKMVCYDBYPM5TGW1DJ&pd_rd_w=9NUdn&pd_rd_wg=qQNAA&psc=1&refRID=GMZKMVCYDBYPM5TGW1DJ Lock https://www.amazon.com/Trim-Lok-LK937-25-Rubber-Locking-Gaskets/dp/B00NL48VUS/ref=pd_bxgy_328_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00NL48VUS&pd_rd_r=NEYNT8S0Q67D1E2V8AV2&pd_rd_w=IuYhN&pd_rd_wg=0A05i&psc=1&refRID=NEYNT8S0Q67D1E2V8AV2 Tool https://www.amazon.com/Lisle-47000-Windshield-Locking-Strip/dp/B000COA1CQ/ref=pd_bxgy_328_img_3?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B000COA1CQ&pd_rd_r=Q8JPHP372H4KEWEFM5GS&pd_rd_w=xD8tf&pd_rd_wg=7nf1m&psc=1&refRID=Q8JPHP372H4KEWEFM5GS Videos here I found these videos very useful. The SunRader video needs to be watched over and over because of the fast-mo. I know why they did it - the job takes FOREVER. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QGtJkAFPl8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2NFd6A9lWvI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVUL7Y-FBos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fbqarorplYE
  13. I did see these when searching for something that would work but I thought they were hard plastic and wouldn't curve where we need it to. Yeah love to see it on the door Linda S
  14. It's easy to tell. If it's the right one both tubes that attach to brake lines are horizontal out on the drivers side. I think I goofed though. I think rock auto sent me the wrong one. Mine had sensor wires to the reservoir and the one I got didn't. Could have used old reservoir but it was old. I got this because I like Beck Arnley but not quite right BECK/ARNLEY 0728522 {#4720135430, MC39518, P9483} New Info RWD; Heavy Duty Chassis, Model # Ending In 3W This is the Toyota part number Toyota Part No.: 47201-35430 This is what I ended up buying https://www.amazon.com/Dorman-M39518-Brake-Master-Cylinder/dp/B004BRKMZG Linda S
  15. No, no replacement for the wheel and door trim seal. Show me the shower door seal. I'd like to see it. For all those lovers of lap seal. I just found out this morning that on my trip yesterday my roof vent fell off. Now I have to get a new one once again. That makes 3 times in 14 years. If I had lap seal all over those screws it would be a nightmare. I do not. All I have to do is unscrew it and put in a new one. None have ever leaked with only butyl. They just don't last that long Linda S What's left of the seal at the gas filler tube is still flexible so I'm guessing it's butyl too
  16. Just front brakes. Master cylinder is unique to dually. Amazon sent me wrong one first so got rock auto one. On phone can't find it for you but they say for dually and make sure it has sensor wires
  17. There is nothing on a Sunrader that needs lap sealant. Remove and remount the affected part with the correct butyl tape. Linda S
  18. I had the same thing happen to me. It was my master cylinder not releasing. I changed that and nothing else. Brakes themselves didn't sustain serious damage. All new fluid of course. Old stuff was nasty. Linda S
  19. 40 bucks? darn out here in California they charge 40 bucks to say hello. Great that you found someone with the knowledge to fix it. Linda S
  20. Bilstein does make a 5100 heavier duty shock for 4x4's but it's for raised vehicles only. Your stuck with the regular 4600"s. Here are your shocks. This place is consistently cheaper than other online places and a first rate company. Ignore the stupid picture It's for the whole shock not just bushings. http://www.raceconsultingagency.com/bilstein/bilstein-truck-off-road-b6-4600-series-shocks/24011402/i-1738094.aspx http://www.raceconsultingagency.com/bilstein/bilstein-truck-off-road-b6-4600-series-shocks/24011396/i-1736446.aspx If you don't have them now air suspension bags can make a huge difference in ride and control. You had them in your Escaper right? Linda S
  21. So glad you got this one. That other one was trouble. I know lots of other people on this site do major rebuilds but didn't we buy them to have fun. Not to just work harder. You can start having fun right away. Yeah Linda S
  22. Did you buy that from Amy? She was just wining on one of my other sites that she sold her 84 Dolphin and was missing it Linda S
  23. Not rocket science. I would do it myself. Lots of step by step instructions online and you can buy everything you need for it from Amazon or other online RV parts places. Amazon is probably cheaper Linda S
