sdboltdude
When I 1st installed the flush floor base for table I drilled through the 1/8 floor & foam bottom I stopped when I got to second 1/8 plywood under foam the base didn't sit flush I used the carpet so it fit better just was not stable enough. so I drilled through bottom 1/8 floor board and yup drilled all the way through couch Im glad the gas tank was not flush with couch frame could of been real bad.. going to seal with 3M5200.. is this a normal install when using a flush mount base? WME
Yep possibly normal. It depends on the floor. My Escaper had the same thing from the factory
