I've had good luck using the Walker Online Exhaust catalog. I use the specs and then measure the parts on my 91 Warrior.

Almost all the Walker parts match up except for the pipe between the muffler and catalytic convertor, which comes up short. I take the part number and compare prices between ebay and Advance Auto. Advance Auto often has good online discounts, like half off.

If you still have a factory exhaust, it basically bolts together. The hard part is breaking the bolts free or cutting them out. My muffler, tailpipe and supports are all Walker.

Just be sure you are looking at exhaust systems by wheel base the Toyota pickups used 2. Measure from the rear edge of your back wheel to the rear edge of your front wheel that will give you the wheel base the stock pickup exhaust should fit unless some one was creative.

I use a local "non-franchised" muffler shop. economical, and they can bend, cut, install just about anything I want. I had them replace rusted muffler and new 2" tailpipe (about 15ft.) with nice custom bends and new hangers for $100.
