83 Ranger Posted October 6, 2023 Share Posted October 6, 2023 I'm looking to replace my cracked fuel door on my 83 Gran Sport Ranger I looked through the forum and didn't see anything on this subject I believe the opening is 6.5" x 6.5" and overall is around 11" square I searched the internet and can't find anything to match Do other Toyota motorhomes use this style and if so would anyone have a link to where I can purchase one Thanks in advance! 83 Ranger Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

linda s Posted October 7, 2023 Share Posted October 7, 2023 If you open up the hole larger the plastic that goes around your fuel filler will no longer be attached. Better to go with a flush mount slightly smaller. I saw some that were a little more than 8 inches. Attach to the inside frame on your where you see the screws and grind off the old frame. Might need some Bondo to smooth it out but I'm sure you could get it to look OK. This one is 11x10 so should fit pretty close. Absolutely do not damage the inside of your hatch.
