  1. Well Dolphin didn't make an 18 footer so you need to figure out what floor plan you really have. Your black tank is either 17.5 gallons or 19 gallons depending on the floor plan. These places have multiple options but shape and dimensions are very important RV Holding tanks | Fresh Water Tanks | Grey Water Tanks (tank-mart.com) RV Holding Tanks (plastic-mart.com) Ronco Tanks - Polyethylene Tanks by Ronco Plastics (ntotank.com) Ronco was the major supplier back when these RV's were first made. They might have something pretty close. By the way your tank is probably ABS. Very easy to fix permanently if you're interested. Linda S
  2. I've always bought the Everstart Maxx both for deep cycle and engine starting batteries. Always lasted a very long time. Last summer I bought a regular Everstart deep cycle because the Maxx was no longer available. I haven't had any problems with it. I think the down grade was warranty related. People use them in boats and drain them completely and a 3 year warranty is too long for something so easy to abuse. They still make the Maxx for car starting batteries. First one in my Sunrader was 11 years old when I finally needed to replace it. Linda S
  3. I've used Sem a few times. Used the prep spray before too. Maybe lasts inside but doesn't outside. Discoloring and flaking in about a year Linda S
  4. The only thing I've seen used successfully is white garage door seal. Garage Door Weather Stripping Top and Sides - 16.4 Feet Long Weatherproofing Garage Door Rubber Seals with Nails(White) - Amazon.com I tried it but I think the stuff I bought was too thick so not flexible enough. My girlfriend Gail did the replacement a few times and results were perfect. Unfortunately, Gail has passed, and I have no one to ask anymore. I do know she used contact cement for the adhesive and put a tiny bead of caulk along both edges to seal and finish the look. Linda S
  5. Poster hasn't checked in since he originally posted but really doesn't matter. The motorhome he's talking about is a Ford Linda S
  6. My 86 came with factory valve stem extenders for the inside rear wheel. Tried to install easier access ones but with the 6 hole rims it wasn't possible. I did put some on my Nissan Sunrader. 5 or 7 inch, don't remember. Metal flex ones. Ebay was the only place I could find them that short. If you search the site for valve stem extenders you might find someone else who bought some hopefully with a link Linda S
  7. Yes, 87 and on 1 roof support in 18 footer and 2 in the full sized ones. Not all of them sag severely though. I think my 86 has only about a half inch of sag. Last boyfriend was close to 6 foot and he wasn't bumping his head. Original poster should think more about a Sunrader 4x4 choice. It doesn't have a V6. Only choices are 22re and a very few turbo 22re's. Not a lot of power. Also they sell for a ton. Friend sold his a few months ago for $34,000 and I've seen some sell for more. Makes looking into a 4x4 conversion look more affordable Linda S
  8. Here is a better diagram with all the necessary bushings and parts for the end links with part numbers. Googling part numbers brings up lots of places to buy. Stabilizer Cushion #48817-30020 | Autoparts.toyota.com Linda S
  9. They are there. The part discontinued is the whole metal end link. Here are the bushings 4881730010 4881514160 Linda S Ignore that it might say front. Same bushings for rear
  10. This page should have all the bushings but it also has some stuff you don't need. You can sort through them https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/parts-list/1990-toyota-pickup-2_wheel_drive/power_train_chassis/rear_spring_shock_absorber.html?filter=(d=USA;1=3VZE;4=STD;5=ATM;6=4HC;7=RCB;8=WT;9=HLF;11=EFI;13=IV6;14=T1;0=VZN95L-TWSREA6) You can also search this site to see what other types people have bought. The poly bushings are supposed to be better, like Energy Suspension. I just don't know the part numbers for those Linda S
  11. Filon is very thin. The only way to get a smooth durable finish is to glue it to a hard surface. Goboard might work for that but don't know. They do make a Goboard sealant that might work Linda S
  12. Got an email from another member about guy who does Sunrader windows in Bend Or. I don't do Facebook but this might be helpful to anyone who needs them. Know nothing about their work but sounds like he does a lot of other Sunrader stuff too. Toyota Sunrader Builders | Just finished another set of front curved windows | Facebook I also talked to Dean Elena yesterday in Napa Ca. He's still making the windows and since he is the one who probably built your Sunrader he would be my first choice. Advantage RV Napa Ca 707-252-8188 Linda
  13. I think this would look classy. Used by itself the weight is less than the combined weight of luan and FRP. 7/32 in. x 48 in. x 96 in. White Nickel Gap Shiplap Panel WSP5548 - The Home Depot Linda S
  14. Just using the water pump with water from the tank tells me pressure isn't the issue. You've just got a leaky pipe somewhere. Only you can find it Linda S
  15. You have air suspension bags under there. One of them needs more air. don't think it could be completely shot of it would be more noticeable. Important to keep them inflated to a minimum pressure. Find the valves and inflate evenly. I would suggest 60 lbs pressure Linda S
