Derek up North
If I was looking, I'd grab the Yellow Pages and look for companies that make the vinyl graphics for trucks. Maybe get 10 sets made up and offer them for sale.
BobBeery
Here's what we did. My wife buffed all the loose stuff off. She took a chip of the old decal to a Joane's craft store and bought a 2 oz. bottle of acrylic paint that matched color. Then she hand painted all new lettering and stripes using what was left of the old as a tracing pattern. When dry she sprayed a clear acrylic from NAPA over everything. From a foot and a half away the letters are obviously hand done. From 6 to 8 feet you don't notice unless you look for defects. From 20-25 feet you can't tell it's not new factory. Job done late spring 2010 and still looks just as good thanks to that clear acrylic spray. One downside-- she dented the hood kneeling on it.
