Looking for shoes, but where ever I look online list dfferant sizes and mostly for regular single wheel toyota's, so I am not exactly sure what I need

But if you go with the Toyota shoes they will know what you need. It's a big job. Make sure you get the best so you don't have to do it again for a long time

Don't just say 1 ton. must say 1ton dual wheels better yet give them the vin. And while your in there change axle seals and repack bearings. Full float bearings are not lubricated by differential fluid.

thanks, did not really think about going to a toyota dealer, but I will give it a shot

was already planning on repacking the bearings, and possibly replacing the seals. i know all this is available at autozone

Ok thanks everyone for the help on this. If anyone is interested the Toyota part number for the rear shoes is 04495-35180 and cheapest place i could find them is

http://www.toyotapartseast.com/ $85 shipped. Just ordered them up. i will get the seals form Autozone and repalce them as well and clean and repack the bearings

I bet advance had the brake shoes too. Attached are the part numbers for a 92' itasca spirit (lwb cab & chassis with dual rear wheels).. I got these parts at an advance - note I was at a high volume store that handles commercial accounts.
