gringostar
Hey all, I'm about to swap out my radiator on the 1986 Mini-Cruiser. It has an oil cooler that is attached with plastic rods. I'd like something good but on Amazon. Any recommendations? Edited August 8, 2022 by gringostar
mpanzar
Im a fan of Performance Radiator and Champion Radiators. I prefer the all aluminum construction versions.
linda s
Nothing on Amazon but this is the best radiator made. 2 row CSF® 1986 Toyota Pickup Base 4 Cyl 2.4L - Metal Core Brass Tank Radiator, 15.75 x 20.69 x 1.31 in. Core Size (carparts.com) And three row CSF® 1986 Toyota Pickup Base 4 Cyl 2.4L - Copper Core Brass Tank Radiator, 15.75 in. L x 20.69 in. W x 2.06 in. Thickness Core Size (carparts.com) Your truck came stock with a 2 row before it became a motorhome 3 row is the way to go When I bought mine the 3 row was back ordered and I needed it immediately, so I had to go 2 row. Works perfectly but I also have a Sunrader that weighs only 5000 lbs Linda S These are the best prices I could find
htioki
I heard others have good success with 3 row radiator, but it did not work for me. Truck ran hot right off the gate. A mechanic said the factory water pump is undersized to push coolant through the radiator. As far as where to buy online, try RockAuto. In most cases, RA's price + shipping is cheaper than Amazon with free shipping. Edited August 18, 2022 by htioki
