shibs
I had the same question, I will look up my thread and post it here. I will sum it up: 1. Get a air attachment for garden hose 2. Get RV antifreeze 3. Drain ALL the tanks: Heater tank, water tank, Grey, Black 4. Attach air hose to city water and pressurize (use small electric compressor) and have your buddy/wife/gf/neighbor/ex/postman open each plumbing fixture and get water out 5. See you pump has bypass to suction in antifreeze, if not dump antifreeze in water tank, and pump out through EACH fixture 6. Dump 1/2 gal antifreeze in grey and black 7. Dump antifreeze in each drain with a trap. 8. Check the specific gravity of the radiator fluid 9. Make sure you pump out the summer wiper fluid and add winter wiper fluids Get couple of cannolis and coffee and pat yourself on the back. jfunk
I am thinking of the same thing this weekend. We do not live where we expect below freezing temps here in Seattle but have tons of rain. This is the first winter I have owned our Dolphin and want to keep water out without spending too much. I was looking at these covers: http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/elements-all-climate-rv-cover-class-c-201-23/69270 http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/elements-class-c-premium-all-climate-rv-cover-23-26/84917 http://www.rvcovers.com/collections/class-c-covers/products/adco-designer-series-sfs-aqua-shed-class-c-rv-cover-201-23 does anyone have experience or recommendations about this type of cover? Thanks!
