Where did you get power for the camera? John I installed my back up camera on the top of the rv. I removed one of those red lights and mounted the camera there. Got the electricity from there. sdboltdude Posted January 26, 2013 Share Posted January 26, 2013 this is how I did mineI needed new running lightsone in pic is 3 light ledtook off old running light soldered led lights to old running light powerspliced into power for cam and screwed it to bottom of led lightsI used a wide angle cam 170 degreesrca wire goes from roof to frig vent then drilled hole at floor base to pluginto dvd player used 2 20ft rca cords ran along floor board..need to clean up dirty finger prints.... really helps with blind spots!!!!I hooked up power to the dim switch power on dvd player (lum switch) turn lights on cam comes onI like to drive with light on anyways....paid $15 for lights $40 for cam Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
