bluefever Posted August 13, 2011 Share Posted August 13, 2011 i'm going to be looking at a 88 blue marlin hopefully soon that I just saw tonight,do these typically come with generators,if doesn't have one how difficult would it be to put one in it,any suggestions??? It could have nothing, a Kolher (parts hard to find), a couple of different Onans or some home made set up. You will just have to look. The "correct" Onan is almost $3000 installed, so thats why some have the home made setups. Others just get a Honda 2000 and a small 9000 BTU AC and make do for about 1/2 the price of an Onan setup. Maineah Posted August 13, 2011 Share Posted August 13, 2011 X2 on the Honda cheaper and quieter. No remote start and it has to sit on the ground but for 1/3 the cost it's worth it.
