Go to rockauto.com and do the drill down. Go to Toyota, your year, pickup ,then brakes and front pads. There are many to choose from and the ones correct for your truck say double rear wheel. I avoid Centric because I have had issues in the past with their products. Or you can just go to a Toyota dealer. Toyota still makes them. It will just cost a lot more

there is a thread just above yours (later). You just need to get the dual rear wheels /cab & chassis etc...listings.....    attached is a pdf showing current rock auto listings.

I got the ones in the pics years ago for $6.13.    Note pdf link at bottom

There are two, the parts stores often have problems with that yours are 1 ton brakes the rotors are bigger and the pads are different.

some thing like that - depends on the parts store listings....     When you get them off you can measure them - take them in with you to the store.  You will find out what stores have employees that know there stuff ....
