i dont know much about that moter i wonder if the fan clutch even though new is defective or if it is the wrong one for that unit

the rv door on that odyssey even looks like it has been piced together notce there is no door window. last nov we paid 7500 for our 87 dolphin 22re au tomatic that is a nice price for the one hear and the 22 re four is a much hig her regarded enguine less problems and easer cheper to service. THA add on the ODYSSEY SAYS ICEBOX THAT DOOR IS A ! 1960s ice ice box from an old slide in camper seen one in a yard last year same color look at the cond of the walls around the sink and down there could be a flood rig

max what about the fuel pump reszister under the hood on the left side one toyota mec told me those were problematic but i never had a problem with 1977 20r corona or 1978 minimax is he shure it is the pump and as i remeber the sending unit is not partof the pump . wo nder if BOSCH would havea pump that would work exteranel or in the tank

i dont know if they do right now but they have had i can call that is a free 18 oo number they do all things toyota onlynot just cars. they have two toyota moterhomes but they are too old

new it was not a 400 as myn is a 400 what ever it is i call it a i better not say more

convertors can plug up over time but they are not cheap. all catalytic convertors I have seen have a stainless steel shell. the resonator and the muffler are common steel. you can maybe replace the resonator with plain pipe. may make a little louder. some people who do not live in a smog test zone have been known to remove the cat convertor and punch the insides all out and put it back on. they bolt in place on the ends. that way it is still on there . if it's not on there the ext shop is required to reinstall it or turn you away. but if it's on there who's to know it's a empty shell. but only on ones that have only one oxygen sensor.

there is one on here on the for sale list for 46 somthing i would not pay 50 dollors for it looks awful inside and out.

VANMAN we also have a 400 dolphin and they do seem to be a bit rare . but if you find a nice good con one that is what counts .

Idont know about the 1991 but the tail lights on my 1987 dolphin are BARGMAN COMPANY

I bleve the other one is just a small mufler known as a resonater they are often used after the converter and a head of the main muffler.

PEX is the tubing for the job. the grey and black tubing POLIBUTYLEN IS no longer made. do too lawsuits never heard of big problems in the rvs but in manufactored homes many leak lawsuits. BUT THE REAL PROBLEM WAS NOT THE TUBING BUT THOSE ALUMIUM CRIMP RINGS on the old fittings are a constant cut out and change. the pex crimp rings are copper. plus i think over the years the plastic would shrink the never come apart but in the old mobile homes start spraying water for no reason. my 96 DOUBLE WIDE has the greay pipe but newer compression fittings never had trouble but my 2 kids 1970s homes a bunch.

Igive ball valves an a plus rating figgerd that is what i would use and i want to let you guys know there is a line of white compression fittings called flar it they work very well on the greay or the black tubing . my house is a double wide manufactored home and uses the same tubing that gave me exp fixing my rv plumbing. The flair IT fittings replace the old crimp ring fitings which are very problmatic .maybe not so much in rvs less preasure.

I will second that i had a battery blow up under my hood years ago. hit the key there was a terrific explosion people herd it half a bloc away. seems there an internal short in the battery that caused a large build up of hyd rogen gas . rember this is the same gas used in the HINDINBURG ZEPPLON

WAITER AND THE REST OF THE FRENDS the valve is indeed different on the horzontal tank when the tank lays down it has a lon g tube that bends up from the midle to the top side of the tank so that it draws vaper off the top abouve the heavy liculd pool. the stand red bbq tanks just use a strate valve pipe I found out about this because of my freands at the county HASERD WASTE DUMP SITE I HAVE seen the valves they remove them sell off for scrap brass. AND JUNK THE TANKS FOR STEEL SCRAP.
