darrel
Our cab over window blew out the other day. Wife was going to bed before me. She said "Theres glass on the bed" "It's wet" Sure enough the window had blow out some time on the way from Portland to Eugene. It was raining most of the way. Made it home, Grants Pass, with no more rain. Now waiting for a new window to be installed.
Skydancer2992
Perhaps window security film is a good idea. I have already installed it on my windows at home.
WME
Security film, window tinting film or best idea is safety glass. All will keep the shards out and usually stay intact, although the pressure of 60 mph is a bit of an unknown. Maybe a hurricane rated security film? Get tempered glass in any case.
