I assume most of the work that needs to be done is in the cabover. I have done this work. Piece of cake! Apparently it is already sold. Assuming it is mechanically sound, this could be made into a 20K dollar rig without a whole lot of work. I suspect the owner does not realize the value of it, especially in the bay market.
