79 rader
Howdy folks, I see some sunraders had wrap around upper front plexiglass windows while others had the flat windows. Was this an option or a different model type? Mine has the wrap around style. thanks, Steve Edited February 25, 2016 by 79 rader
Rocinante Sunrader 88
I think the (smaller number of) ones made in the Eastern US did not have the wraparound. The ones made in the West did. There is a guy in Nothern CA who still sells the wraparounds, used to work at the factory, kept the molds, last I heard still ran an RV place in vacaville, CA
linda s
Yup east coast and west coast. All west coast Sunraders have the wrap around windows. Your 79 has the larger windows and no clearance lights above it. Advantage RV in Napa still makes the windows but your large ones are very expensive so take good care of them. Derek up North
As long as you consider Indiana to be 'East Coast'.
linda s
Well as long as I've belonged to these groups that's what everyone has called them so I do too. It's east of Vallejo so there you go Linda S
Derek up North
Well, I'm going to buck the trend and call them Mid-West Sunraders.
Mikeandnellyroadshow
My wrap around windows have a bunch of leaky spider cracks. Does anyone have a recommendation on the best way to do a temporary fix? Where can I find replacements and what is the cost for these bad boys? People from the east coast of the US used to think of Indiana as "out west" they also refered to Ohio as "out west"
Rocinante Sunrader 88
If it drains into the Gulf or Atlantic it's east coast to me. Take that, Denver!
