Fj40 man
What are the differences besides the over head wrap around windows are instead 2 flat pieces of glass in the cab over bunk on the east coast model. I know gardener pacific made them in California somewhere? What about the east coast models where were they made? What are some Interior differences? Has anyone seen any rust free sunraders on the east coast? Is there reason to believe one may be better then the other as far as build quality? linda s
Let me see. East coast has different cabinets and has headliner on the ceiling which always seems to fall down. West coast was made in Vallejo CA and east coast in Elkhart IN. Both factories were owned by Stuart Gardner so not much else different I can think of. Bathrooms with tubs, east coast only. Fiberglass cabinets, west coast only. Floral wallpaper, east coat only. All I got for now. Linda S
tofubiscuit
So what does the ceiling of a west coast look like? I have a ceiling liner and yes, it is starting to come off at the seams in the cabinets. Meaning just a matter of time before the rest falls. The most annoying part is all the little foam crumbles that are falling everywhere as the liner separates.
linda s
Ceiling on the west coast versions looks just like the walls. Paneling. Linda S
