Roy in Jax Posted May 21, 2014 Share Posted May 21, 2014 Today I install magnetic latch on my closet door, to keep door from opening while on the road. I also install felt pads on every cabinet, bath and closet door. These felt pads are sold for chair legs as gliders. Doors are now quiet when they close and felt provides a good cushion. linda s Posted May 22, 2014 Share Posted May 22, 2014 My cabinets are all magnetic catches. The old round ones were pretty shot and didn't hold well any way. On my Toyota Sunrader the old round catches are still in place to fill the holes but catches removed. On my Nissan I replaced the old plastic with metal closet door pulls. Exact size of the holes in the doors. Then I drilled a hole in the middle of that and put in a standard single knob. Looks really nice. Got to do the other camper soon.
