tlava
any advice for silencing ding-dong tinker bell? Constant jingling--near center console..
Totem
i just have no center console... guess that means i have no tinker bell-ing. I did have mickey mouse (non family friendly explicative sounding) noises coming from my camper door. they were silenced by squeezing gorilla glue into every screw hole after removing each screw (some were missing so for those I added screws) and then screwiing back in. VERY quiet back there now.
tlava
this seems somehow connected with the ignition, lights left on with motor off, key in ignition before starting, etc--same sound that rings in all these situations, + an extra jingle when going around curves--problem is, it is constant... Totem
you must have a 199x rig. Mines a 1986 and does a "wrong answer" buzzer noise continuously when keys left in and door open.
tlava
This is actually an '86 v6 Nissan SR--a constant ding dong, then a wind chime-like trill whenever a slight tilt or bump..
BobBeery
Noise sure can irritate. All I can do for you is stand aside and wait for the post that tells what it was and how you found it. Meanwhile I cheer for you every time you work on this.

Lawless's Toyotahome
Did you say it was coming from your 86 Nissan M/H and not a Toyhome. I think your Datsun may have a seatbelt warning issue, if you're putting weight on the passenger seat without the seatbelt fastened the buzzer/ding dong will stay on while you're driving.
