Derek up North
somewhere earlier in this thread there is even a write up for creating its own gas gravity feed. I went back to the Forum with the original Thread for this installation. http://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseaction/thread/tid/20038531.cfm Though he did install a racing fuel cell, there's no mention/indication that he set it up for gravity feed. To do so would involve running a gas line from the front left (just behind the cab) to the right rear. And no mention of modding the Honda for an external gas supply. That certainly would involve some tricky gas line routing. But he did need a way to transport his gas, since the truck that he uses is diesel powered. Subsequent to his write up, he did convert his Honda to operate on propane as well as gas (and natural gas). But I can only see one line (propane) running to it. using a kit from:- http://www.generatorsales.com/order/Honda-EU2000i-Tri-Fuel-Kit.asp?page=Honda_EU2000i_Tri_Fuel_Kit Perhaps he even removed the fuel cell to carry more propane. Maineah
That is a very nice install I'll bet that thing would run a long time on a 20# cylinder and you don't have to worry about bad fuel left over from last year gumming things up.
