Piece of cake;

Your about to learn some fiberglassing skills.

look at:

Repairing a cracked shower pan

ALSO if your curious, I built an airplane with this stuff:

Rutan LongEZ - Fiberglass Airplane

*****************************************************

From the photos, you have two areas to repair.

Scratch the areas about 3 inches on both sides of the crack / opening.

Use quick set epoxy (also try super glue) to hold the pieces together.

Use Duct tape and plastic sheet to mask off the work area so you don't get epoxy on everything.

If you need to fill voids, use the expanding spray foam I used for the shower pan repair. When its cure (24 hours) cut and sand it so its even.

Cut two or three layers of BID (90 degree bidirectional) glass to cover the area.

Mix epoxy, put glass on (it will stick upside down) wet it out, peel ply the area.

After cure, pull the peel ply, sand and fill with bondo and paint as required.

Read the article about repairing the shower pan, same exact deal. the scratch with #80 paper gives the glass a good surface to bond to.

Push the piece back up and get the edges that are torn to line up, you may need to temporarily use pieces of wood to hold things in place while your super glue / fast epozy cures.

It may be easier for me to give you some ideas over the phone, then you can write it up on how you actually did it.
