drawer slide parts ?

Recommended Posts

This was a nightly ritual when I was heavy into the refurb, trying to find replacement parts for my Dolphin.

I was pleasantly surprised to find most parts were available, and common amongst the RV Manufactures

To date, the only item I haven't found is the little plastic clips that secure the oval shaped Sheer Curtain rods. (No problem, I just drilled a hole in the rod and screwed it directly to the wall)

Anyway, Google stuff like RV Drawer Hardware or RV Drawer Slides.

One very good Google resource that people often overlook is the "Images"

After you enter you search terms, at the top left, it says "Web Images Videos Maps News etc etc etc"

Click on "Images" and start looking through them. There are literally thousands of images to look through.

Good luck

Last October I visited a RV surplus place about 25 miles east of Elkhart In. that had lots of this kind of stuff. I don't remember the name of the place and you can forget about shopping by internet, but the place is three miles west of White Pigeon Michigan on highway US12. There was also another place three miles east of White Pigeon, again on US12. Sorry I don't know where YOU are located.

  • 1 month later...

I just rebuild all my drawers and had a lot of trouble finding the rear plastic piece that fits over the drawer slide. My drawer slide on a 91 Warrior has a triangular cross section. There is a company called AZPartsmaster (google and it comes right up). They shipped me the drawer glides and I'm back in business. Wayne

I don't know if one has to keep the drawer slides for some reason but if not, I used this stuff in my old sticky, heavy wooden kitchen drawers and now they slide like they're greased! It's really impressive stuff.

I've used a product called "Tri-Flow". Teflon based lubricant, used to be available everywhere, but last time I had to mail order. Little pricey but lasts a long time on drawers and doors
