yoyoman
This is a pic of a 1979 Sunrader. I see the axle and it appears to stick out beyond the wheel and it has six lugnuts, which I believe are both signs that it is a good axle. Is this correct? Thanks!!! Bodybagger
I can't tell you if it's "good" or not (I mean it may have bad wheel bearings or other issues). But that is a 1 ton full floating axle.
wistoy
yes the 6 lug axle vs the 5 lug axle, the 6 lug is the better axle.
yoyoman
Thanks to both for the replies. Here's another one I'm looking at, which I thought was the same as the previous. It's a little harder to see, but any guesses from this small picture as to whether it's *good* or not? Thanks much!
