1999 Winnebago warrior trailer hitch installation for dirt bike

I have a -‘90 Winnebago warrior and need to figure out which trailer hitch will fit and then re-enforce the connecting extension welds to be able to support the weight of a dirt bike weighing around 180lbs. 
 

I’ve pin pointed the Curt adjustable hitch up to 51 wide, which I think will work, and now I need to find a fabricator who will welds so plates where the extension is welded.  
 

am I on the right track here, has anyone done this and if so, could you please share. Thanks
