Wiring questions — 21' Sunrader on '85 pickup with 22RE

So I'm finally getting around to working on my 85 Sundrader, and I have a few wiring questions:

1. Where is the AC fuse? The AC clutch isn't getting power. Likely anything other than the fuse?

2. My front running lights aren't getting power, are there wiring diagrams for the 85? Anybody know offhand where the wiring for this originates?

Questions re: pics below:

Anybody have any idea what the red pushbutton and the small toggle by the ebrake are for?

How about the blue connector that appears to be part of the dash dimmer assembly?

Is the fusebox missing fuses? Is the blue connector supposed to be plugged into something?

What is the green switch behind the cruise control stem for?

many things can cause no ac clutch. fuse should be in the box under the hood.

  haynes manuals have wiring diagrams.

very common for extra connectors= for options you don't have.

not all fuse holes get fuses

you need to try the switches to see what they do.  do you have fog lights?

No fog lights.

AC fuse is on the right side of the console under the dash, it was good. Guess I need to start tracing wires :-/

The unit apparently had a (now disabled) security system. I suspect that's what most of the extraneous wiring and switches is from.

I guess I thought some viewers might be familiar with this year/model.

first thing about the ac   is there pressure in the system. there is a pressure switch you can bypass . if the clutch now engages, thesystem is low
