drpaul
Hi all, I have a 93 townace which I just bought and am planning on doing up as my first project. I have been to the scrapyard and found the same year model and have taken quite a lot of stuff. One thing I got was the digital clock which sits just to the left of the speedo. On my van, there is the space for it however there is just a 'blanking' plate over it. I took out the dash thinking the wiring and connector would be there behind it, but nothing that fits it. There were other connectors loose and taped up but nothing for the clock. So my questions are; Should the wiring be there and am I just not looking hard enough? If not, then how can I go about putting wiring in for it? I have the wiring diagram but it's a bit vague. Am wondering about where I get the right connector, what wires to use etc... Any help would be most appreciated drpaul
WME
I THINK the clock has 4 wires. 12v constant, keep alive voltage 12 switched, turns on display 12 from dash lights, dims clock for night time Ground No Idea what colors
