babs & rose
We are the proud new owners of a 1985/1986 Toyota motorhome as of... two hours ago. Mechanically, everything seems pretty sound. The interior needs a fair amount of work. We can't figure out what model / line it's from and are hoping that the community here can assist with that fact. It's been painted, and the previous owner isn't as geeky about Toymos as one might expect. It's a rear dinette floorplan with a window in the back-- not a true panoramic, there's a seam down the middle but no separation. Fingers crossed, my Googling hasn't come up with anything solid. Thanks everyone!
Derek up North
I'm going to guess that at some point in it's life it had a rubber roof added which would explain (perhaps) what looks like trim holding the edge where it wrapped over the roof edge and a bit down the side walls. Do you have any other pictures to help identify it?
linda s
Sometimes interior pics can help. Different manufacturers all had their own look. Is there a tag on the drivers side door frame? Does kind of look too like that rubber on the roof has some rips. Something that might need attending too Linda S
Derek up North
This is a 1984 Dolphin. It has very similar door/window/vent configuration. The only thing missing is the propane hatch at the back corner. The 1985 did not have the 'double' side windows.
