CCollins
Know this sounds stupid but need to know what size these screws used to be, if I am going to replace them..... All of the original screws are so heavily damaged that it's impossible to tell. Seriously.... I have proof. Check out the pics.
linda s
Ya gotta get a couple out. Then go to the hardware store and find at least one size larger and from the looks of those shorter. No Home Depot. Ace has nice organized bins and guys who can help. Linda S
CCollins
Thank you! Jeez, this ought to be interesting. The trying to get them out, I mean - in one piece, anyway. A few of them have literally crumbled into dust when touched. Omg..... (Smile).
linda s
Even the head of them can give you an idea of size. You could just buy a few different wood screws of different sizes and bring them home. Either way new ones will need to be bigger and you will probably have to fill holes too or they won't grab Linda S
jjrbus
What are the screws holding on?
