1981 Toyota pickup twist gas cap. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/toyota,1981,pickup,2.4l+l4,1277142,fuel+&+air,fuel+tank+cap,5900
  2. Good luck with matching "White" Plan B... Forget about matching, try contrast. Dark red, Dove gray, just Black. What color are the original decals?

    Gas Cap

1985/86 pickup threaded cap...https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/toyota,1985,pickup,2.4l+l4,1277300,fuel+&+air,fuel+tank+cap,5900 There other P/Ns listed so they may crossover at your local auto parts. Remember you want a gas cap for a Toyota pickup not a gas cap for a Sunrader
  4. See if there are any tent makers/repair services locally.

If only they still made Toy RVs, well here's a suitable substitute😈. https://leisurevans.com/blog/wonder-rl/
  6. Many vent fans have the fuse built in to the fan housing.

  8. Your basic math is good, but it is not going to be enough in the real world, so make it "gooder". A simple change is more battery. Check your battery box and see what will fit. A gp 24 has around 60-70 AH. A gp27 has about 20% more AH, a gp 31 has about 35% more. Check the internet for actual sizes. A proper solar panel setup, if you dry camp for 2-3 days, will save a lot of engine running. If you only camp for 1 day then drive to the next stop, then this is not so helpful. A 2000w inverter generator A pure sine is about 90% efficient and a modified sine is around 75%. The actual draw difference between a 1200w and 1500w inverter is negligible. What is more important is idle current. How much it draws when its plugged in but not running anything.
  9. The fill hose should screw in to the outside fill port and clamp to the water tank. I THINK?? the white "bucket" is the top half of an old style interior battery box. You put the house batteries inside an air tight box and then ran a vent hose up hill to the outside. When you charge a lead acid battery it vents hydrogen, so this set up vented the hydrogen outside, instead of recreating the Hindenburg in your house. Unless you have the bottom somewhere just junk it.
  10. Actually its a refer. Today on Woot they have 3 sizes 16, 42, 52 qts. These are compressor units by LG. Here is the 42qt...https://tools.woot.com/offers/acopower-x40a-42qts-lioncooler-2?ref=w_cnt_wp_0_1 It has a built in 10 battery

    LED marker lights

If you have 12v at the first light, it should be working. If you have 12v where you spliced into the Toyota wires thats different. Check the ground for the lights, old Toyota's are very bad about having poor/bad grounds

    LED marker lights

Lets see, did you solider or use Scotch Locks?? Got the polarity right on the leds? Got 12v at the first light in the daisy chain?
  15. Remove a set of old pads from your Toy and go to the parts store and have the counter dude bring out a set of pads for a 1985 Toyota pickup, maybe a Toyota C&C. See if they match Dolphin made the house and Toyota made the truck so you need truck parts. If you need a vent fan then go to an RV store and talk about the Dolphin
  16. If you speak electrons then this a well thought out system, if your clueless than this is a headache. But its worth it so read and try to understand. https://www.boundfornowhere.com/blog2/2018/its-electric
  17. Still no water, EH😈 Here are the parts, maybe not the exactly the brand you want but the ideas will work. Batteries if at all possible use 2 6v golf cart batteries. Lead acid size GC2, Sam's Club $90.00, better AGM XTR6, Amazon $299 ea., best LiFe, Amazon $999. LiFe does not come in 6v so you would need 2. LiFe's advantage is size and weight. Inverter, converter, charger?? how about 3 in 1. Xantrex Freedom XC 1000w or 2000w... Pure sine, auto transfer, 100 amp charger...Amazon $1000. Major bucks but it saves a bunch space which maybe useful Depending on your needs you will need a simple 12v fuse panel or if you need 120v ac and 12v dc then you will need a proper rv power panel. http://www.bestconverter.com/PD5000-30-Amp-ACDC-Power-Control-Panel-_p_27.html With out solar you need to keep close track of your battery status...https://www.amazon.com/AiLi-Voltmeter-Ammeter-Voltage-Motorhome/dp/B07FGFFHC6/ref=sr_1_6?crid=22MBTWIVX4ZH1&dchild=1&keywords=12v+rv+battery+monitor&qid=1591389394&sprefix=12v+rv+battery%2Caps%2C235&sr=8-6 In time add a 100w solar panel and see if its enough, you can add more 100w panels if you plan ahead and get a controller with growth potential.
  18. Whats your budget?? Do you want good, better or best?
  19. Bad flame sensor /thermocoupler
  20. Make sure that the MH is chocked and blocked. Take the needed length of 2x4 and jack up the floor just enough for a socket to fit. They make a weird socket just for stripped nuts, here is an example..https://www.amazon.com/Nut-Bolt-Extractor-Tool-Set/dp/B07YZ9SC5S/ref=sr_1_25?crid=2UP7H5PJ39CT&dchild=1&keywords=stripped+nut+remover+kit&qid=1591243884&sprefix=stripped+nut%2Caps%2C237&sr=8-25
  21. Springs on shocks are either way cool new school hot rod coil overs or really old school clamp on overloads. The overloads were a cheap way to level up the rear end. Are you saying the nut is rounded off or that the threads are stripped and the nut won't back off?
  22. A newer converter is electronically quieter, and smarter. An old school convertor maybe rated at 30 amps, but they only charge the battery at 1 or 2 amps A new style 30 amp unit will charge a battery at 30 amps. IF you keep track of water level in the battery the old style converter won't damage your battery and it will charge your house battery eventually.
  23. This is the Bilstein shock for your Toy...https://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/product.cfm/id/14571/name/Bilstein-B6-4600-Heavy-Duty-Shock-Absorber-Toyota-Pickup-Front-24-184830 Its got a single nut(with jam nut) on the top. The bottom of shock uses a cross bar that is held on with 2 bolts
