Dolphinite no longer here
Sdboltdude, I'm curious about the molding removal. Why did you pry the molding off instead of removing the screws and saving the molding? John

sdboltdude
where almost to the finish point rebuilt right and left wall frame new bed frame new foam & frame on roof front of cabover right wall 1/8 ply was replaced we used liquid nail & contact cement for walls we used 3m 5200 for the seams & walls and roof(this stuff is good!) had to take a hammer and chisel to separate wall after 1 day of dry time to install roof 1/8 ply..... and used 5200 joining walls and roof before we put up 1/8 ply it was ez to get everything to line up to seams... once we put up ceiling and front cabover wall 1/8 ply we had to give it all we got to get bottom seam to seal up IT WAS A PAIN N AZZZ... but after a little muscle and cursing we got it lined up... still have to finish corner molding & put some sheet metal under the truck/cabover seam for some support and make sure its sealed up tight..(cabover seam is flush from front wall to bed seam...)and install front windows & take off side windows and seal them up

Mikesta
You did a much better job at it than I did with my 83 huntsman back in 2000. I used 2x4's and lived under a tarp restoring that coach for 3 months... it looked beautiful but you did it right by replacing with the same stuff. It was my first rodeo Post up some pictures of the outside corners when your done... and you paid $80 for 16' of that stuff... did you use it all or did you have some left over?
