altheim Posted September 4, 2016 Share Posted September 4, 2016 I recently notices a leak (a drop every 3-5 seconds) underneath the escape vent frame when it rains hard. I have tried to reseal around the frame on the outside as well as check the top of the vent to no avail. Any advice of how I can find out where the leak comes from is much appreciated. Unfortunately, that leak could originate at any point on the roof and work it's way to the escape vent. I would check everything that needs to be sealed near that leaking vent and work your way out from there. Hopefully someone else has a easier idea than mine?
