Back East Don
The expression "what the market will bare" comes to mind. West coast prices are high and seemingly getting higher. Some vehicles have a certain cache with some. I paid $4400 for a 79 Landcruiser that spent its entire life in AZ. The dealer I bought my service vans from also sells a variety of collectible cars. He had a 77 on the lot when I picked up my last van. He just sold it for nearly $25k. For that kind of money I'd rather buy a new Jeep and pay a little more. Exactly how much nicer is this for the money?
86rader
The bay area is about as good a market as you will find, but 61K miles and an " interior/exterior shows its age a bit"? Sounds more like an 8-9K rig, maybe 10 because it is bay area.
