Derek Posted January 17, 2008 Share Posted January 17, 2008 I am hoping that one of you guys has a picture, or some info, of the overflow vent for the auto trans. I had an incident where I was leaking out a good amount of tranny fluid (which was pretty dark for recently being changed) from between the engine and trans. I know this could be the front tranny seal, but I am wondering if the vent could have allowed for overflow and this is where the fluid ended up. It happened only one time and, after 300 more miles, I am not leaking at all. I have a stock 85 dolphin if this matters. Any help or ideas is appreciated!
