Dolphinite no longer here
Took a trip down to a ranch near Darby, Montana for the Hard Times Bluegrass Festival this weekend. It was only about two hundred miles away from home and "Furthur" purred like a kitten down and back. There was a twin to my '85 Dolphin there as well. Same rear dinette, same carpet, even the same brown plaid upholstery! I parked under a big Ponderosa Pine, rolled out the awning, set up the outside table and stove, iced down a good quantity of local hesseweisen beer and disappeared into the music. I also sampled some killer good peach moonshine! Will wonders never stop ceasing! John Check out this motorhome built on a '53 (I think) GMC chassis. It had a Cummins turbo diesel in it! MontanaChinook
Nice! Looks like a lot of good, flat, shady camping. I made it up to White Sulphur Springs for one night at the Red Ants Pants festival, but that was it.
