waiter Posted January 13, 2013 Share Posted January 13, 2013 Closest I've been was Wash DC. I highly recommend Cherry Hill Park. Expensive ($60 a night) but perfect for family on vacation (or work) and playing tourist in and around DC. Keep us posted if you come up with something, as this is my next venture, the East coast. mountainman2020 Posted February 9, 2013 Share Posted February 9, 2013 My daughter and family go every year to Camp Hatterras in Rodanthe. They love it, lots of activities, etc. They have a 17 year old and a 7 year old. We just got our first camper so maybe we will try to get there this year with them.
