Leaky window?

After new butyl tape installed and caulked over exposed tape edge i still have leak from window. Maybe my weep holes are clogged. Water builds up in bottom of a side sliding window and then drips over trim down walls. Top window has new gasket installed as well. Bottom one doesn't have any gasket.Any suggs to stop leak?
