noonesperfect
Is there an easy way to tell if I have air bags on the rear? I recently purchased a 1985 Sunrader, which (of course) came with no documentation on anything. I have looked at the suspension, but I have no idea what I would be looking for. The brochure for that Sunrader shows that the air bags were standard. Thanks. brad
Bodybagger
Look for schrader valve fittings attached to the rear of the RV. Air bags look like 8-12 inch diameter cylindrical rubber thingies directly between the leaf springs and the frame.

noonesperfect
After peering around under the the RV, I have come to the conclusion that the air bags must have been removed at some point in the past, maybe when the axle upgrade was done. Is it worth the time and expense to have the Firestone air bags and maybe some Bilsten shocks put on the rear? Thanks. brad
