Yotahomer
First timer here. Just purchased a 91 Toyota Itasca 21ft. Almost everything works. The furnace turns on and blows, tries to ignite then the flame goes out and it remains blowing. DD-17dsi. Tried cleaning it up. Electrodes look clean (and fire), considering the limit switch and sail switch next since it sat for a while. Would love some validation because the info out there is vague for what replacements work for this unit. "Compatible with #####...." That never line up with what I see. Kinda going by visual. Thanks! fred heath
What make and model # of furnace ? Is your coach battery fully charged ? Did you inspect the outside exhaust/intake port for blockage such as wasp nests ? Are there any individual shutoff valves for the furnace that may be closed ? Is the LP tank full ? If all the above checkout ok, chances are it’s a bad circuit board. These can be replaced. A good go to company is Dinosaur Electrical. Yotahomer
Hi @fred heath, thanks for replying! Yes on everything. And the DD is by Suburban. I've heard to avoid the board till last by some furnace technician YouTubers. As the switches are more prone and a little cheaper. But thank you for the input! I look forward to any advice.
