jjrbus
I brought this up on social media a couple times and no response. Page 157 of my 1994 owners manual states the dealer will replace the O2 sensor parts and labor at no cost to me. Has anyone done this. Too late for me as I already replaced mine. Derek up North
A strict interpretation of : "Replace at 80,000 miles ONLY"? I notice in the Maintenance Schedule that California cars seem to be excluded. "Fed & Canada". Surprising. I'd expect the opposite, if anything! Derek up North
Clues to the 'free replacement' might be found here:- https://nepis.epa.gov/Exe/ZyPDF.cgi?Dockey=P100NNQH.pdf

Martha Stewart had declared .org and toyota yahoo off limits 🤣 I belong to a couple of Toyota forums and have never seen this posted. I gave up on Yahoo and have not went there in a long time. Derek up North
Perhaps the 'Top Secret', 'Closed' FB TMC page has better info!
Derek up North
" The oxygen sensor is replaced for free in the USA only when the vehicle reaches it's first 80 000 miles regardless of the age & number of owners as stated in the factory owner's manual in the maintenance section, some Toyota dealerships are reluctant to replace it for free if that happens contact the Toyota regional head office for your region where they will give your local dealership 48 hours to comply.
