white nick Posted August 22, 2018 Share Posted August 22, 2018 Does any body know if it is possible to fix or replace the hi-jacker air bag suspension for my Chinook? Or is there a new version of it? would it be worthwhile? In addition to new leaf springs? How should I go about redoing the suspension on my rig? linda s Posted August 22, 2018 Share Posted August 22, 2018 Hi jacker is the name of an air shock made by Gabriel. Not quite the same as an air bag suspension. Yes they still make them to fit your truck https://www.truckspring.com/products/Gabriel-Hi-Jackers-Air-Adjustable-Shock__GA49151.aspx I do believe many of the very early campers came with them If you have what looks to be air bags try to post a pic so we can see what they look like.
