Install the torque arm mounting bolts to the lower arm. place the torque arm on the lower arm shaft. Set the lower arm in installation position, and insert the lower arm shaft and torque arm. Temporarily install the torque arm. finger tighten the lower arm, and remove the torque arm. Do not torque the nut.

Oh yeah. It’s lubed and smeared. Now I’m gonna post the entire reassembly with pics and torque specs. Starting with the lower control arm.

Is the seal orientation correct?

Had to take these washers off lower arm so new stabilizer bar hardware could fit. Is it ok without them?

I thought this had to decompress because the old one looks different. Is that just a cover on the old one? My bad.

Not worried just curious why it is compressed. Will it decompress when it hits the road?

Does the shock get installed like this or does it need to be prepared somehow?

Yup mevotech. Do I just buy any grease gun from harbor freight with lithium grease?

Also, do the ball joints need grease added before tightening everything?

Is the gap between the damper and relay ok or it has to go all the way?
