It's unfortunate for this company Motorsport Tech cause I'm looking to have the same adapters made and had this been a good review I would've given them a call. Now I can't see even considering it with the way they treated you!
In all fairness to Motorsport Tech, I feel like the jury is still out... sort of. Which is why I haven't just done a charge-back.

After feeding all my photos and measurements of these adapters into AI again, AI reversed its previous judgments and said the adapters are safe AS LONG AS THEY REMAIN HUB CENTRIC -- meaning that the adapter center bore must be re-machined to tightly slide over my axle's center snout with no play.
Right now the center bore is too small to fit. But if it gets enlarged even slightly too large, then the my rig's weight will rest on the lugs rather than the hub, making the adapters lug centric instead of hub centric, and the adapters would then be unsafe for the reasons previously described.
So the AI suggested I sand the surface rust off my motorhome axle hubs and take the hubs to a machinist along with my adapters so that each adapter's center bore can be precisely re-machined (i.e. enlarged) to keep the adapters hub centric.
AI also claimed that if there is slight play, and the adapters become lug centric, the wedge effect will cause one or more of the nuts clamping the adapters to the hubs to begin to loosen. At that point, the adapters will be shot, but there won't be instant catastrophic failure. Rather, I should begin to feel a vibration or hear a noise thousands of miles before a more serious failure would occur.
All of that makes me consider giving these adapters a try -- or at least first seeing if I can get them re-machined properly.
Also, the full floating axle I have seems to be one of the earlier ones Toyota produced in 1986, since it came with 14" 6x7.25"wheels that have more slots in their faces than the wheels that came with later axles. So maybe my axle snout is wider than later motorhome axles? When I get a chance, I'll measure the snout on my '89 Toyota Uhaul truck to see.
Regardless, I feel like the point here is that these adapters are NOT mail order bolt-on parts. If you can take your rig to the Motorsport Tech facility and have them do their own measurements of everything and ensure what they've made actually fits -- great! Otherwise, you're likely in for an adventure like I've had. Had I known I'd be in for such an adventure, I definitely would have gone a different route and passed on these adapters. Maybe I still will, or maybe I'll give them a shot. Maybe they'll end up working out great. Who knows... -

If your axle uses 5 lug wheels, it’s a foolie. Full float axle has 6 lugs and a protruding hub.
Your wheel appears to be 5 lug.
Find the weight over the rear axle. If under 4K lbs. you could run singles. There’s so much information I would need to give you better advice.
It would help if you post a picture of your rig along with a closeup of the rear axle.
