I am weeks away from completing this and will sell a pattern and instructions. My windows are cut and bent - ready for install. You will need modest skills. Biggest challenge is finding new seals, which may come from a current RV mfr. willing to provide their source. Thats what I would suggest you invest some time in.

Just another update. I contacted Advantage RV this week about replacing the really old cab over large curved windows and they said they no longer have the mold or ability to do those. Sounds like they can still do the newer smaller ones.

A. longer screw, push in and elongate the wellnut and push the bolt in and pull the wellnut out by the flange.
B. Remove the screw and cut off the flange off. Push the rest in to the tank and fergetabout it. Then get a new nut
