It’s still a salvage vehicle. Your insurance company would submit the VIN to places like carfax.

 

Best to disclose this information up front to any potential buyer. They will likely do a carfax on the vehicle before buying. I know I would.

 

As far as what it’s worth. That’s between you and the buyer. You’ve already received a good chunk of money from insurance. Set a low price and it will probably go fast.

When I took out the insurance policy, I put in $14,000 as its value…. Guess I will see if they honor that number.
 

it will be a few days before adjusters get out here to assess the damage, we got hit hard in my neighborhood, but the storm got way worse as it moved east!
