Old brake pads are about the only place you MIGHT still find Asbestos. 

Asbestos was used as a shield to protect hot things from room temps, tons of the stuff was used on ship board steam lines. It was also used to make fire proof shingles and paneling. So you are more likely to find foam or pink fiberglass insulating your MH
