Kane
Morning I don't have factory generator anymore and have converted my cubby hole into my water and sewer and tool compartment. I also have a small portable generator in there. I found the gas/fuel line that comes off my tank and used to feed the stock generator, it's been capped off for now, I'd like to run it somewhere safe and add a pet coco/shutoff valve so I can get fuel into a gas can if need be to fill my portable generator or to help someone roadside who may be out of fuel. Has anybody done this or have any suggestions on a shutoff valve and good fuel line to use??? Mahalo
Kane
Pet cock not pet coco stupid spell check Like they use on old school motorcycles or a petrol valve of sorts
DanAatTheCape
when I pulled the kohler out of my 93 winnie warrior, I saved the fuel shut off valve that I had added and the electric fuel pump from the kohler. I made a power cord out of some appliance wire and a 12v cigarette lighter power adapter. Now I can plug the power cord into the cigarette lighter and pump gas into a can or whatever. Kane
So I need a pump, didn't think about that. I thought it was under pressure when the motor started. Thanks
