zero
Hi, I have a 1984 Toy Dolphin 4 speed stick with FF rear end and I would like to replace all 3 u-joints in the drive shaft, been looking on line there is so many to pick from so can anyone tell me some good part #'s and a good place to order from. Thank you. You need to look at the caps on your old U-joints and measure. There are two different joints. Those with 1" caps and those with 1.14" caps. A Moog # 390. or PUJ390 at NAPA is the correct joint IF you have the small caps (1"). If you don't measure first - you've got a 50% chance of getting the wrong u-joints. If you want a high quality joint - get some Spicer joints with NO grease fittings. You also better check the driveshaft center carrier bearing. When it goes, it goes - just a sealed bearing. Never a better time to put in a new one then when the driveshaft is out.
